"BEAUTY AND THE BEAST"
I have always had a fascination with paintings that combine gentle beauty and strength in the wild. Nothing conveys that feeling more than a delicate butterfly interacting with a forest bear. Both peer at each other curiously acknowledging the existence of each.

To me, it gives a feeling of peace and friendship. No hostility.
This painting gives me a deeper feel that this old white haired grandpa just looks at youngsters and admire the liveliness and playfulness.
